About Our Security

Everything you do on DropVault is encrypted using the AES 256 bit encryption algorithm, the global standard in security. All your conversations and documents are completely invisible to the world. And that includes us.

Easy sharing via email links

Share with any contact using a link to their portal or group channel sent to their email inbox which provides friction-less access for any external contact. Sign in with a pin-less link, a pin or use their existing GMail, Microsoft, Outlook (and soon Apple ID) account for friction-less access.

Or from your dashboard to theirs

If your contact/advisor/family member is already on DropVault, we simply add a new message or document to their DropVault dashboard – No email to phish, no pin or password to share, no links to send and importantly, friction-less. Plus its far more secure.

Portals

For simple connections to a single contact or employee our portals provide a secure space for any sharing, uploads or conversations – One sign in for a contact provides access to everything ever shared. Your contact can connect with an expiring email link or add a pin for more security, or peer to peer sharing direct from your dashboard to theirs.

Or Group Channels

When you need to share with many team members, external contacts or businesses, Group channels provide the most flexible way to securely share and collaborate. Group channels can be private to you, shared with team members or with any number of external contacts or teams.

What's the DropVault difference?
