True digital sovereignty requires more than encryption — it requires control over every layer of how your data lives and moves.
DropVault gives you that control completely. Start with a five minute public cloud signup where we manage everything. Choose EU-only hosting for regulatory compliance. Deploy fully on-premise if your infrastructure demands it. Or combine models — your document storage here, your key management there, your authentication your way.
No compromise. No one size fits all. Just your data, on your terms.
NIS2/DORA Compliance
Under NIS2, sharing a file via an anonymous link is no longer compliant. The directive requires organisations to know exactly who has access to sensitive data, to be able to prove it, and to be able to revoke it — requirements that generic share links simply and unenecrypted email cannot meet. Every external file share must be tied to an authenticated individual, with a full audit trail that can be produced for regulators or in the event of an incident.
DropVault makes NIS2 compliance straightforward by replacing anonymous URLs with Identity-Based Access.
Direct Peer-to-Peer Sharing: For the highest level of security, collaborate via Dashboard-to-Dashboard P2P sharing. This eliminates the need for links entirely, moving data directly between two verified DropVault identities in a closed-loop system.
Verified Guest Access: For external stakeholders, DropVault generates authenticated links that require a secure sign-in (Microsoft 365, Google, Apple ID or custom pin/password). Access is never “public”—it is always tied to a verified identity.
Granular Auditability: Every interaction—view, download, or comment—is logged in real-time. This provides a complete, forensic audit trail that satisfies NIS2 reporting requirements without any manual effort.
Hardware-Level-Encryption: Security is applied at the channel level. Eash SafeRoom holds a unique encryption key stored in a Hardware Security Module (HSM) or Key vault. This ensures that even in the unlikely event of a breach, data exposure is contained to a single channel and is fully demonstratable to regulators
Whether you’re a solo practitioner, an active private investor, an SMB, a growing enterprise, or a government agency, DropVault protects your most sensitive external communications — giving you a secure, frictionless space to collaborate with clients, partners, and stakeholders on deals, projects, compliance, and confidential plans
